Vocabulary 12 words are handed out, and you will have a test on Thursday.
You need to begin literature circles. The first story “The Devil and Tom Walker” will be discussed at the beginning of the hour tomorrow.
Quiz will be on Wednesday. If the discussion ends by the second half of the hour, you can have your quiz then.
You will be given the novel The Great Gatsby. Due date is April 6.

Discuss as a class the short story “The Devil and Tom Walker.”
If time allows, quiz may be today.
You will be given your second short story, “Dr. Heidegger’s Experiment.”
Your literature circle roles should change, and this story will be discussed on Wednesday-Thursday with quiz on Thursday.

Read The Great Gatsby. This novel will be due Friday, April 6.
